Refund and Returns Policy
This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle refund requests for digital products and custom services purchased from webbridge.pro, operated by WebBridge SRL. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Our Products
All products sold through our website are digital goods delivered electronically. These include, but are not limited to:
- Website templates and themes
- Plugins and code snippets
- CRM systems and SaaS modules
- Logos, graphics, and branding assets
- Custom-developed software and websites
No physical items are shipped.
2. General Refund Policy
Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, we do not generally offer refunds after the product has been downloaded or delivered, unless one of the exceptions below applies.
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We may offer a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- Product not delivered: You did not receive access to the product within 24 hours of payment and support has not resolved the issue.
- Corrupted or broken file: The product file is defective or not functioning as described, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate payment: You accidentally made multiple purchases of the same product.
- Unauthorized transaction: Your account was used fraudulently (requires investigation).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You do not have sufficient technical knowledge to use the product.
- You bought the product thinking it was something else without reading the description.
- The product conflicts with third-party software, unless clearly stated.
- You purchased custom development services after work has begun.
- You downloaded the product and then requested a refund (except for technical fault).
5. EU Customers and Digital Content
According to EU consumer protection law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. However, this right is waived if the download or streaming begins with your consent before the withdrawal period ends. By purchasing and downloading our products, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
6. Refund Request Procedure
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and provide the following information:
- Full name and email address used in the purchase
- Order ID or invoice number
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

7. Processing Time
We review all refund requests manually. You will receive a response within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
8. Chargebacks
We strongly discourage filing chargebacks without contacting us first. Any unauthorized chargeback will be considered a breach of this policy and may result in account termination and loss of access to products.
